ONGOING & RELATIONAL

Individual Therapy

Good fit if you want a therapist who knows your history. and you're ready to work slowly and steadily over time.

FOCUSED & CONCENTRATED

Somatic Intensives

Sometimes you don't need more time, you need more depth. A focused container for working intentionally with one pattern, transition, or place you feel stuck - rather than approaching it slowly over months.

Good fit if there's one specific thing you want to move through, and you'd rather go deep in a concentrated space.
